Young talents at Magnosco

Topics such as the shortage of skilled workers, Gen Z, or globalization are on everyone’s lips and are no exception at Magnosco. 8 different nations work together in our office on the “next big thing” in dermatology. We also do not want to miss out on young talents and therefore regularly integrate students into our team. We like to help young talents find their way into the industry and in addition keep the team close to the latest academic and social developments – a classic win-win situation. Again and again, we are lucky and find “rising stars” in various fields. We would like to briefly introduce 2 of them here.

Paula Schöffmann

Paula joined us at the beginning of the year to write her master’s thesis. As a student of the TU Berlin and equipped with a lot of experience, she started with high expectations. Paula has fulfilled them completely. She wrote her master’s thesis in the field of test automation for product verification. Paula not only completed her thesis with flying colors but also brightened up our team and the way we work together. She is going back home to Bavaria and will definitely have a successful career ahead of her.

Mar Castell Erill

Mar comes from sunny Barcelona but doesn’t let the partly bad weather in Berlin get to her. Besides her extraordinary skills on the piano, in design and painting, she also has great potential in the field of artificial intelligence development. Having started with us as a working student in the field of Science, she is now working on her Master’s thesis and is helping us enormously to achieve our goals with her commitment. Most recently, she participated in the competition on “AI and Sustainability” and positioned herself among the top3.

If you would like to be a part of our team, please feel free to apply. Maybe you are Magnosco’s next “rising star”.
