Magnosco has existed as a company since 2014 and has been able to look back on a broad circle of investors to date. After several rounds of financing, we are now proud to report that we have been acquired by LTB Holding. We are pleased to be (again) fully part of the LTB family. This enables us to leverage synergies and to pursue Magnosco’s goals with a strong partner at our side and to significantly improve and contribute to diagnostics in the field of skin cancer.
We thank all our companions and investors who have been with us through the not-always-easy times and wish everyone a successful future. Also, a thank you to LTB for the trust and the already fantastic cooperation. Let’s make it happen!
